This is an ever popular cake on our cake menu so I thought I would share the goodness with you all. It is beautifully soft cake with seasonal fruit of your choice, we recommend pears, feijoas, and apples but you could use anything you love with sticky date.
Or even leave the fruit out. It has warming spices and it perfect served warm as a pudding or cooled and iced as a cake. As the cooler evening are apon us it is a wonderful evening treat.
This cake kit is gluten free (coeliac certified),
Dairy free option, refined sugar free.
What you need: eggs, butter/coconut oil, yoghurt/coconut cream, seasonal fruit.
INGREDIENTS: Sage and Grace GF flour (Brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca starch, guar gum), dates, almond meal, organic coconut sugar, shredded coconut, baking powder, cinnamon, mixed spice, baking soda, salt
No added refined sugar. Certified Gluten Free Store in a cool, dry place.
Makes one double-layer cake.
