Layer cakes are where it all began for Sage & Grace. As a passionate foodie and sports nutritionist, Sarah wanted a cake that wasn’t dense with refined ingredients, and sweetened to the point of being inedible. To that end, our layer cakes are crafted mostly without refined sugar, using natural, raw ingredients. We use nutritious, wholesome ingredients, like ground almonds, our gluten free flour blend, and organic coconut sugar to create delightful flavours and delectable textures.
