This Lemon and Blueberry Cake Kit is zingy and fresh. Full of fresh lemon juice, blueberries, coconut and topped with a coconut yoghurt. It is the perfect cake to cater for a crowd, whether there are dietary restrictions or not.

Serves 16 - as a double layer cake, or bake into mini cakes/muffins and freeze to enjoy later. Adjust baking time slightly
All you need to add is , coconut cream, lemon juice and blueberries (or any berries of your choice)
Cake Kit Ingredients
S&G Gluten-Free Organic Flour Blend (brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca, guar gum), organic coconut sugar, ground almonds, shredded coconut, baking powder, salt.
Contains Sulphites. No added refined sugar. Made in a facility which also processes cereals (gluten), tree nuts, sesame seeds. Store in a cool, dry place.
Makes one double-layer cake.
