I’m Alyssa — one of New Zealand’s top allergy-inclusive bakers, creating gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free cakes that never compromise on taste or design. Inspired by flowers, family, and a lifetime of gluten-free baking, Sage & Grace exists so everyone can celebrate safely and beautifully.
