Meet us…

We - Sarah and Grace - love to create, eat and serve good food. This has stemmed from both being brought up surrounded by an emphasis on cooking from scratch, using home-grown food and making do regardless of time, money and ingredients. Over time we have both recognised how awesome this way of living is and has meant we have both lived very healthful lives with no health concerns. 

We are here to educate you, through interactive workshops and resources we create, in a fun and inspiring way to create real food. We are creative resourceful girls who like to push the culinary boundaries. As we have learnt, food does not need to be complicated, just full of fresh, simple ingredients which in turn have the most amazing flavour and nutritional benefits. Despite the common assumption that this way of eating is expensive, it doesn’t have to be and when done correctly can in fact be a more efficient and cost effective lifestyle. Keeping it this way is a passion of ours so that it is accessible to everyone - because everyone deserves the right to good health. 

After both meeting at university in Dunedin studying nutrition, we went our separate ways. Sarah headed back to Tauranga and begun Sage and Grace while Grace went on to work for a holistic health company in the Hawkes Bay and Auckland. Two years later Grace moved to Tauranga and we couldn’t resist combining our skills to bring these educating workshops to you! 


Our philosophy is that people should always be eating food in its natural state, mostly vegetables and protein in its various forms on the side.
