This Spiced Gingerbread Cake Kit is the cake that started Sage and Grace. It has been a crowd favourite since well before the beginning and is the perfect cake for a cool evening with salted caramel drizzled all over it.
Serrves 14 - as a double layer cake, or bake into mini cakes/muffins and freeze to enjoy later.

Cake Kit Ingredients
S&G Gluten-Free Organic Flour Blend (brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca, guar gum), brown sugar, ground ginger (4.5%), ground cinnamon (3%), baking soda, salt.
Made in a facility which also processes cereals (gluten), tree nuts, egg, sesame seeds, milk products.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Makes one double-layer cake.
